City Wide charged me 800 dollars for a disposal install. It turns out the unit costs 200 bucks so that is 600 labor for a 2 hours service call.

When there shitty instalation started leaking they had to come back 4 times until it was fixed. In the meantime I had to go to Sears and buy a new disposal. They didn't have a replacement even though they swore I would not have to contact the manuafacturer if I had a problem. The refused to take back their unit or refund any money.

I have been forced to take them to small claims.
